Volunteer with us
Our team is almost entirely volunteer run. We’re always looking for more support, and are very open to hearing your ideas to get involved.
Aside from supporting our mission to end drowning, volunteering with AP is a chance to build experience and skills, work with an amazing group of individuals in a variety of fields, log hours on the water, build your portfolio, add to your CV & professional development, and to have fun in a meaningful way.
We’ve outlined some roles and tasks with which we currently or consistently need support. They vary in time commitment, frequency, and location. If you see something for which you are interested and qualified but the logistical parameters don’t exactly match, please contact us at volunteer@atlanticpacific.org.uk regardless.
When possible, we are happy to structure volunteer roles to meet external requirements, e.g. internships or employer-sponsored volunteer hours.
Please note: These are unpaid positions. We can often cover travel and other expenses. In an ideal world (and hopefully in future!) we will be in a position to pay all of our staff. Your generous contributions of time and skill get us closer to this possibility.

Time Commitment: +/-15 hours on a monthly basis.
Location: Ideally London, but could be arranged from anywhere. Eventually this role could be based out of our training centre at the Royal Docks in Newham.
